I was standing on 5th street looking to the west at sunrise this morning. If you look close or zoom in you can see through one end of the memorial to the other end and see the "9:03" on the far end. I am working in Oklahoma City now and I see this sight every morning as I walk from my parking spot which is one block from the memorial.
