I took this picture last summer and thought I would upload it for all to see. It is a pretty good picture of the volcano taken on June 11, 2006. As you can see it was a very clear day. I posted this to the Oregon section as this was a side trip while I was in Oregon.

Photo I took at Crater Lake. It was May 29th, 2006 and there was a 7 inch snow the day before. It is a most beautiful place. You can also see this photo on Wikitravel at http://wikitravel.org/en/Crater_Lake_National_Park

Oklahoma City Memorial

This is a shot of one end of the "symbolic memorial" in Oklahoma City. I was standing on 5th street looking to the west at sunrise this morning. If you look close or zoom in you can see through one end of the memorial to the other end and see the "9:03" on the far end.

I am working in Oklahoma City now and I see this sight every morning as I walk from my parking spot which is one block from the memorial.

Great place in Freeport, Maine to get a fresh Lobster to eat. It is right on the dock and I never fail to go there for a meal when I am in Maine. After dinner you can go to downtown Freeport and shop at LL Bean or one of the many Outlet stores.
